This class provides properties that implement the valueComparator protocols to provide string and integer comparison.
When using string comparators, the comparatorContext parameter is treated as the locale for the comparison. If comparatorContext empty or NULL, then the propagated environment locale is used when performing comparison.
When using integer comparators, the context parameter is not interpreted nor validated.
